is located in Ojai, California, where the Vajra Regent Ösel Tendzin established his lineage seat. Satdharma exists to propagate the unique transmission of the Karma Kagyü Buddhist lineage given by the Vidyadhara, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche to the Vajra Regent
, and then conferred upon the current lineage holder, Patrick Sweeney Trimé Lhawang.

Satdharma offers ongoing teachings in the two main lineage streams transmitted by the Vidyadhara: The three-yana Buddhist path, and the Shambhala path of Enlightened Warriorship.
The Ojai Valley Dharma Center offers programs for the public and for its members, and Mr. Sweeney teaches primarily at the Pullahari Retreat Center in Cayucos, California, and in Ojai several times a year.

The Vajra Regent Ösel Tendzin Library & Archives is an important part of Satdharma. The Regent’s wife, Lady Lila Rich, who is the copyright holder of his lifetime body of work, is the director of the Library & Archives. Its primary purpose is to preserve and share the Vajra Regent’s work in the form of books, CDs, DVDs, downloadable MP3s, and reproductions of a series of remarkable calligraphies.
